Floor plans and analytics
Utilizing technology’s latest innovations such as matterports and drones to make a visual impact is great, but we don’t stop there. We also use that technology to provide comprehensive floor plans and analytics of the buildings we work with. By pairing the aesthetics of a facility with the raw data and numbers, we ensure that no stone is left unturned, and prospective buyers and tenants can get to know the building inside and out before ultimately making a decision.

Matterport provides an extensive toolbox of features that allow you to enhance the tour and the viewer experience. Accurate floor plans, High Resolution Photos, statistics and the ability to embed additional content are just a few features provided with the tour.
Aerial Photography & Videography
Flying a small drone is one of those things that’s easy to learn, but difficult to master. To obtain a Remote Pilot Certification, one must pass a written FAA exam to demonstrate advanced knowledge of VFR sectional charts, the physics of how aircraft work, and the rules of flying small, unmanned aerial vehicles. Among our digital photography team is an FAA certified drone pilot who has logged hundreds of hours of flight time, and produced breathtaking aerial tours of dozens of commercial buildings across the country. This gives anybody with a possible interest in the facility the ability to see the area around the building and makes your building stand out in the process.
